WFA & Project SOAR 2019

Last year, we ran an article with the WFA’s involvement with Project SOAR and Wisconsin airports to relocate raptors that were a danger to aircraft.  The WFA hope to increase the number of participating airports in trapping and relocating birds of prey at those airports. Doing so requires dedicated individuals to be on call for trapping nuisance raptors so that they do not have to be shot in order to keep the airport a safe place for aircraft and their passengers.
