The meet will be hunting only, socialization and dinner will be left to the discretion of falconers who attend the meet.  We intend to have a banquet, raffle, and speaker later in the year, hopefully by early summer.  If you have donation items, please hang onto them and bring them to the the banquet/raffle when we have it later this year.  For questions regarding the raffle contact Joe and Abbey Krumrie at joekrumrie@gmail.com

WFA merchandise/swag will be available for purchase at the meet. For questions contact Chris Karraker at karrakerc@icloud.com

Any falconers from out-of-state that wants to hunt with their own bird at the meet needs to obtain a certificate of health from their vet, and apply for the blanket import permit ahead of the meet.  The procedure to do this is you apply for the blanket import permit first, obtain the permit number, the permit number gets placed on the Certificate of Health, and then the certificate of health gets sent via one of these means: DATCPAnimalImports@Wisconsin.gov, fax to 608-224-4871, or send via U.S. Mail to Division of Animal Health, PO Box 8911, Madison WI 53708-8911. Import permits are at no cost to you, you will need to purchase a nonresident small games license from the DNR. If you plan to hunt ducks you will need state and federal stamps as well. You do not require a pheasant stamp to hunt pheasants as long as you have a valid falconry license from your state.

We look forward to seeing you in January!
